PARIS – Terrorism threats have not finished in Paris yet as three people have been taken hostage by an unknown gunman at a post office in Colombes, a northwest suburb of Paris.
French media told that the gunman is armed with a Kalashnikov rifle, a gun and numerous grenades. He is holding from two to five people hostage inside the post office.
It’s not clear how many people remain at the post office.
It is pertinent to mention that French police separately detained 12 people in the suburbs of Paris in connection with last week’s attacks on the Charlie Hebdo satirical magazine in which 17 people were killed.
