JOB FUNCTION
You will be responsible for:
»Managing and maintaining the MDs office, and ensuring efficient and effective management of data resources.
»Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the MD.
»Scheduling and arranging for appointments, interviews and meetings on behalf of the MD.
»Screening in-coming calls and handling some sensitive ones on behalf of the MD, as well as acting as his image-maker or spokes-person when appropriate or where assigned.
»Assisting the MD in managing his output workflow and meeting with office deadlines.
»Handling and sorting all internal memoranda and external correspondences.
»Sending and receiving facsimile messages both for the MD and other users within the Organization.
»Handling and coordinating the delivery of all outgoing correspondences through designated courier services and Company dispatchers.
»Coordinating extensive e-mail and intra-mail activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
»Degree-qualified in secretarial studies or any related discipline.
»Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience as a secretary in a reputable organization.
»Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Corel draw.
»Willingness to travel at short notice.
»Male and aged not more than 32 years.
»Must be a resident of Abuja.
